The ruins of an ancient civilization, guarded by a fierce isopod warrior. The quicksand here is difficult to get out of once you fall in, so watch your step.
History
The Ruins were once the home of an intelligent species of fish-headed humanoids, as suggested by the reliefs that decorate the walls of the Ruins. In the same reliefs, a sort of language is displayed, similar to Egyptian hieroglyphics.
A similar, if not the same, species of fish-headed humanoids still roam the Ruins, as well as other parts of the Temple. Though it is unclear how their civilization collapsed into such ruin.
